Alchimia was created by Giampy and Monica Bonacini of Freeport. They hail from one of the food capitals of the world - Modena, Italy - and they bring those flavors and high standards to our market each Thursday with a fine selection of hand rolled pastas, ravioli, lasagnas, beautiful desserts and homemade jam.
